Slacking already

Hmmm... seems I'm already slacking on the blog entries.

So sue me, I started working (again) on the 5000 piece puzzle I got for Christmas 2 years ago. I'm trying to finish it before my baby becomes mobile, as it is on my living room floor.

Yeah, that'll happen!

Spheres

I used to have it all worked out. I had a work sphere, a school sphere, and a home sphere. But then this little 7 pound, 10.5 ounce creature arrived and it's a heck of a lot harder to separate and juggle my spheres. I enjoyed my work (part-time, at least. Full-time it got a little tedious and my eyes were fried by Friday). However, now I only have X hours of caregiving time a week. If I spend half those hours at work, I only have half the time to spend on my PhD. My PhD was going slowly enough!

Now I suppose, the more disciplined among us could do PhD work during evenings and weekends, but I'm not the Queen of Procrastination for nothing.

I guess I still have to work out a new life sphere division.
Meh. I'll do it later.
